Increase awareness of body, mind, and spirit

IN A RELAXED, SAFE, AND NON COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT.




I have completed the "500" hour yoga teacher training program and Ayurveda Health Counselor Training.


I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE TEACHINGS AND INSPIRATION OF ALL OF MY TEACHERS AND STUDENTS PAST AND PRESENT; INCLUDING BABA HARI DASS AND  MOUNT MADONNA INSTITUTE,
