YOGA ASANA; TO  ADVANCE  AWARENESS OF BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT IN A RELAXED, SAFE, AND NON COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT.

I HAVE COMPLETED THE "500 HOUR" YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM AND AM A AYURVEDA HEALTH COUNSELOR. YOGA AND AYURVEDA ARE AMAZING PRACTICES.  I HAVE A DEEP RESPECT FOR BOTH AND I ENJOY SHARING WHAT I LEARN.

I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE TEACHINGS AND INSPIRATION OF ALL OF MY TEACHERS AND STUDENTS PAST AND PRESENT; INCLUDING BABA HARI DASS AND  MOUNT MADONNA INSTITUTE,
I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO TEACH TO LEARN
